You can leave it on the base. We clean mattresses in place without needing to move them off the bed frame. If there’s a specific area underneath the mattress you’re concerned about, let us know, and we can work around it, but in most cases, the mattress stays exactly where it is.
Strip the mattress of all bedding and pillows before we get there – that’s the main thing. If you’ve got a mattress protector, remove that too. Other than clearing enough floor space for us to work around the bed comfortably, there’s nothing else you need to do. We bring all the equipment and products.
